Keep this in mind: I’m so not a pro chef so whatever words I used below I hope you know what I’m talking about, otherwise,  comment below. I’m not even trying to be a pro here. I just thought you might like this and I wanted to share this with you. 

Lemon Pepper Chicken with Yellow Chile & Tomatoes 

Salad-Your choice of greens, cilantro, broccoli, and tomatoes your choice to cut up the chicken and put it in your salad instead



Directions:
➡️ Prep Chicken breasts-Mix olive oil with Lemon Pepper. Then brush the olive oil and lemon pepper mix on the chicken. Pour the rest in the dish that your cooking the chicken on. 
➡️ Cut yellow chile. I used about 3 for 6 people. Make sure not to include the seeds or you’ll be in for a super hot surprise!! Layer the chile on top and on the sides. As long as you have a piece on each chicken breast & then a piece between each of the chicken breasts for flavor while it cooks. 

➡️Cut/dice 2 tomatoes and layer it on top and on the side of the chicken.

When the flavors mix it tastes Delish!! 

🔹Set your oven to 375 degrees. Put the chicken in the oven for 60min and check. Add on 15min more if needed until cooked to your desire. 


Salad:

➡️Choose your greens
➡️CUT/Dice  2 tomatoes
➡️Cilatro add the leafy part only. I love the flavor this adds to the salad. 
➡️ Cut Broccoli 

THEN Mix the salad all together OR what I did was I have greens separately in a bowl for snacks for my family and then I put the salad toppings separate in a bowl. Then put the toppings on top. This way your greens don’t get soggy and you can keep your greens in another bowl for snacks or lunch. 

You can serve this with the chicken and salad separately or cut up the chicken and put it in your salad. If you have enough for lunch the next day you can eat it one way for dinner and 1 way for lunch the next day. Your choice but you can serve it 2⃣ ways😊

Some is for tonight and the rest is to have in the fridge so when anyone wants salad they can have that as an option.
